Shilin Liu, Ph.D. Head and Chief Expert of the Institute of Urban Science in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Head of SJTU-PHICOMM Smart City Research Center, Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, Expert in cultural strategies and urban science, a member of National 13th Five-Year Plan Expert Committee, a member of the Instructing Committee in National Educational International Trial Area.
